Top rate carpenters are expected to be knowledgeable, experienced, and proficient with framing, setting cabinets, trim work, flooring, tile work, and setting windows and doors. Additionally, carpenters must be able to problem solve and learn new skills. Any plumbing and electrical experience would be a plus.
